The Year of the Fire Horse Workshop is a thoughtfully facilitated experience designed for individuals seeking deeper awareness, stronger self-trust, and more intentional ways of showing up in their lives — with or without prior horse experience.
This workshop is inspired by horses and how they naturally help us feel calm, focused, and aware. Together, we’ll explore how our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs affect the choices we make and the way we show up in our lives. You’ll be supported in noticing old patterns, learning new ways to respond, and building trust in yourself—one small, meaningful step at a time.
Throughout this experience, participants will explore themes such as:
- Courage and vulnerability
- Trusting your inner guidance
- Inspired action vs. forced action
- Standing in your power
- New ways of responding to life’s challenges
- How the “Year of the Fire Horse” energy wants be showing up in your life
This workshop is open to individuals from all backgrounds. Participants benefit most from a willingness to reflect, engage honestly, and remain curious throughout the process.
Horses naturally respond to authenticity, emotional clarity, and presence. Through guided reflection, observation, and experiential learning, participants gain practical insight into how they show up — not only with horses, but within their relationships, work, and daily lives.
