ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
Are you curious about the word Spirit, and wondered what it means, or what it could mean to you? What if you allowed it to be a part of your life? Maybe you have been aware of Spirit, in and around you, and want to explore it further –
In ‘Awakening Spirit’ you’re invited to lean into a journey of self-discovery… Through playful exercises and mindful interaction, we will learn to connect with the essence of who we are and each other in a non-judgmental, safe space. In this transformative workshop we will build community and connection through defining and exploring Spirit. We nurture this Spirit, encouraging a renewed sense of inner peace and understanding. Join us on this journey of self-awareness and unleash the potential of your Awakening Spirit. No experience needed, just an open heart. Remember, this is supposed to be fun!
Saturday will be open to anyone, no horse experience required. This workshop is a new experience each time it is taken. We encourage you to join us for an incredible day of community, laughter, learning and play.
